Depending on the type of scout, you may be offered the chance to sign for a club or join an academy. The term of a 6 Month Plan, shall be 6 months from the date of your first monthly instalment and shall be subject to auto-renewal, unless you expressly cancel the plan by giving at least one month notice in advance, prior to the date of expiry.
Date of Payment: Your monthly membership fees shall become due on the first day of each month, unless agreed otherwise by us, either in writing or on the phone with one of our representatives. Automatic Renewal: You agree to a 6-month membership plan from the date of confirmation. After the expiry of the 6 month period, your 6-month plan shall be automatically renewed and will keep renewing perpetually after the expiration of each 6-month plan, unless you cancel your membership by giving at least one-month advanced notice to us prior to the renewal date, either by email or phone.
Commencement of Membership: If you enrol your child during the course of a month, you will be charged only for the remaining lessons of that month. Your membership plan will commence on the first day of the following month. For example, if you enrolled on 18th January and there were two more classes remaining in January, you will be charged for those two lessons only and your membership will commence on the 1st of February.
Therefore, you will be charged a fixed monthly fee and this includes those months where there may be no lessons, but also includes those months where there may be more lessons to compensate for the months in which there are fewer or no lessons. There are 18 classes organised across the span of 6 months. If a customer chooses to enrol two or more students, then they shall be entitled to a proportionate discount based on our calculations.
This agreement shall be liable for immediate cancellation on the occurrence of any of the following events:. Your child has been expelled from the soccer school for misconduct. You are prohibited from cancelling your membership plan during the 6 month period. You may terminate your membership plan by giving us at least one-month prior notice of your intention to terminate, before the expiry of 6 months, either by calling our team on or emailing us at [email protected].
